Can someone explain the ratings abbreviations, e.g., PA PF PMV NMV, etc. Actually there must be an explanation somewhere of the ranking system, which would be vry helpful to me.

PF and PA is just points for and points against. Just the season totals for points scored and points allowed.

PMV is the ratings calculation where margin of victory is used for each game and NMV is where it's not used in each game (although the season's results determine part of the input). Those combine to form the overall rating on the far left.

The power ratings on the right allow for score predictions of upcoming matchups. Simply subtract the opponent's defense rating from the team's offense rating. A quick "point spread" can be determined by subtracting power ratings directly.
