WOW!!!!!! Even though we didn't win the whole thing........the ladies did an incredible job in finishing 4th in the nation and the Men, third!!!!!!

I don't know how Bev does it, but I think we were the smallest "team" at nationals again.

Excellent job!!!!

Let A&M enjoy their Big 12 championship trophy.....we'll enjoy the 4th place trophy.

If this means our program is down.....my God......then let it be down. We are still a force to be reckoned with.

On the Men's side......excellent job. We didn't have enough depth to win it all, but hopefully things can change for TEXAS so that they can finally win an NCAA trophy. They have been so so so close!!!!

Great Job! Hook Em Horns!!!!

Way to go Horns!!! Not sure what the final point totals were but the ladies are without the automatic 10 from Destinee Hooker in the high jump. She is currently with the US National program trying to make the Olympic team.

Way to go to both squads!!! Men could have won it, but there was some controversy of Hernandez's 800 run. He coulda won that event for us. and the Jumpers were definitely more than capable of performing better than they did.

Knight and Anderson are one killer combo!!! Knight scored 17.25 pts while anderson scored 15.25 pts!!

Knight is gonna challenge the US olympians this yr. If she had more experience as them, I would say she's a favorite to make the squad. her potential is sick!! 22.40!! and 7.16. As I mentioned... Just Sick!!

Kinight and Anderson were both impressive and should be contenders at the Olympic trials. When you think about the current and former Horns who have a chance of making the U.S. squad...Sanya, Marshavet, Destinee, Bianca, Alexandria etc. I think Moushimi Robinson is still competing in the 400 also and has been a member of the national 4x400 squad in the past. I don't know if Erin Aldridge is attempting to make another Olympic team in the HJ but I think I remember reading that she was. My biggest hope is that Anderson, Knight and Hooker all return next season (Alexandria and Destinee will be Seniors); would love to see them compete together for one year at least and bring home another NCAA title for the Horns.
