WNBA Detroit moves to Tulsa, OK

WNBA comes to Oklahoma. ESPN is running a story that the Detroit Shock is moving to Tulsa,OK.

I saw this. This move has a lot to do with the economy in Detroit. It is spiraling downward at a very rapid rate. When the major industry in a town is automotive and everything else revolves around it and it's not doing well it's to be expected.

I'm puzzled on why they hired Nolan Richards. When has he coached WBB? I know people don't like to mention Pokey Chapman but I would have gone after her before Nolan Richards. JMO.

Nolan has coached men, coaching women should not be a problem.

Atl least, that's the thinking I think sometimes goes into hiring coaches in the WNBA. We'll see if that works here.
