Wisdom vs Intelligence

Which would you rather have? I won't prejudice you with my opinion, so I can hear yours unbiased. Which is more important, useful or valuable?

since i'm about as far removed from containing either one of those attributes, I'd like to have both. But, if I had to choose, I'd choose intelligence, simply because it's a longer word.

I thought that WISDOM = Intelligence x Experience.

WIthout Intelligence, you have no wisdom. So I guess that you've got to start with INTELLIGENCE. I guess that I was lucky that way, because I'm already a wise young man. And I will be Confusious-esqe in my later years.

Actually both are a bit of both. Intelligence without memory (aka experience) is remarkably difficult, I am too lazy to look up the Chomsky hierarchy but I think only a level 2 is the best you can do without memory.

intelligence is a component of wisdom in my opinion, you can't really chose between them. you can have intelligence without wisdom, but not wisdom without intelligence.

to me, wisdom is experience plus intelligence plus accurate observations.

The two are not as positively correlated as many here seem to think. Example- an old roommate of mine who joined Mensa to meet girls.
