Win it for Pat

This is probably Pat Summitt's last tourney ever as she hasn't committed to coming back next year and probably won't considering her condition. She is a true hard *** in her commitment to improving every woman who has ever played for her both on and off the court. I think there would be a line of former players around Thompson-Boling arena to testify to that.

I want the team to play for her against Baylor and others to end her career on top for her to remember as long as she can. Her disease will be devastating to her and her family. She deserves one last moment of glory before moving on to face the fight of her life.

I sympathize with her condition, having lost my mother to the horrible disease, but I think she's won enough championships. Let someone besides her or Geno win.

I too sympathize with Pat's condition and I wish her the best for what is sure to be, a very very tough battle, but I would be happy if Tennessee (and UConn) never won another championship.

I would 1,000x rather Pat win it than Geno. Yeah they both have tons of titles but that's not reason enough for me to cheer against someone.

If Tennessee could pull it off and take the title, it lets her leave with 1101 wins for the career...an impressive mark no matter WHAT sport one wants to judge coaching marks upon and certainly one hell of a high note to leave on

For those looking for new blood I see that has happened....right?

In womens basketball there is no parity. Pat losing and leaving the game, as I expect, means another dominating team will take Tennessee's place. Unfortunately you will not see some magical transformation and we will continue to see 3 or 4 teams win it every year with an occasional upset every now and then.
