Will this Celebrity Actually KEEP her promise?

Here are folks who made the same promise during the Bush election to his second term. We'd be a better country without these hypocrites -
Eddie Vedder, Alec Baldwin, Robert Altman, Martin Sheen, Rosie O'Donnell, Matt Damon, Whoopi Goldberg, Ed Asner and Tim Robbins
 
It is hard to imagine John McCain stirring up hatred among Hollywood liberals. He's more moderate than many other national Republican leaders.
 
I have no idea why Susan cares. If anything McCain will be better for her, financially. A person of her economic status could have multiple homes and stay anywhere in the world, and still work in US.
 
If memory serves me correctly, she also said she would move to Canada in 2000 if GWB won. I know my life would be so empty knowing that some Hollywood diva chose to live in another country......can somebody get me a tissue?
 
Celebrity immigration activist George Clooney and his celebrity human rights attorney wife have fled Europe.

The Clooney Odyssey began when they were forced to run away from their massive Lake Como vacation estate when the picturesque Italian village was overrun by thousands of refugees who turned the beautiful countryside into a third world country, with trash and human waste (they were there because the Swiss closed their southern border with Italy).

From haut monde Italy, they moved to another one of their mansions in the English countryside. But with the Brits now admitting they have 23,000 known jihadi terrorists residing there, the Clooneys next fled for the safety and security of Trump's USA. Into yet another Clooney-owned mansion in LA.

How ironic.

Just last year, Clooney was very vocal with praise and admiration of Merkel, and went on to lecture the US not doing “enough” to help refugees. He also called Trump a “xenophobic fascist” and says Trump’s immigration policy proposals were “idiotic” and “intolerant.” In April 2016, Lebanon-native Mrs. Clooney told the BBC that then-candidate Trump’s plan to build the wall did not represent “US values.”

Not that I'm a Clooney fan, but I am a Lake Como fan. It hasn't been overrun by refugees. There are a few too many Russian Oligarchs there, however. That would be one or more. They're just smarmy ********.
 
Clooney should practice what he preaches. He should have left the doors unlocked and let those poor folks use his villa until they're back on their feet.
 
Wonder if the likes of Colbert will ask him about this the next movie promotion cycle? Probably not is my guess
 
They are nearby, but a recent visit to the Villa d'Este went without seeing a single Obama supporter. Ain't I a fancy bastard!
