that was excellent.  lyles is a nincompoop and will hang himself out to dry.  he isn't clever enough to keep ahead of himself.  i'm not sure anybody is once the hounds are on 'em (witness one j tressel) but lyles is making it easy.

aries, i've read that they aren't that taken with lache now that they have him.  apparently college tacklers can separate him and the ball.  won't it be a stitch if they hung their program out to dry on a kid they can't use.

Could not the state of Texas pass a law prohibiting it?

If from out-of-state, could that not be deemed to constitute racketeering relative to interstate commerce?

We do have legislative bodies to enact laws.

yeah, but when i'm at that second-level editing window and i need to do some linkin', abraham, i open hornfans in another browser window and start a reply or a new post.  use 'link' there to establish the necessary text and cntl-c/cntl-v that into the real post in the original browser.  any old port . . .

one of my favorite sayings in the world of design is 'if it's stupid but it works, it isn't stupid'.  my favorite contractor jewel of condensed wisdom for newbies is 'if it flies, floats, or fucks, you can't afford it'.
