although he is so far stonewalling requests from Congress for documents beyond the few he has given the known facts and deaths his operation caused should have already forced his resignation.
We know guns he allowed to go into mexico with no follow up killed an American Border Agent and a lawyer whose sister was Attorney General of Chihuahua. We know F&F guns were found in the home of Sinaloa Cartel Drug Lord

and the Attorny General of mexico says he has over 200 murders where Holder's guns were involved. Even if this isn't true there is no denying this was an indefensible act by the BO admin

and Holder refusing to cooperate with the congressional investigation is reprehensible.

How long before BO throws him under the bus?
 
Not that I know much about purchasing military-style weapons for drug gang warfare, but can't you just show a drivers license and buy these kiind of weapons at a gun show in the United States, no waiting period, etc.? Or has maybe somebody been pulling my leg?
 
I don't know the law anymore, but it use to be that you could buy an automatic weapon with a letter from the police department. Then, I think the law was changed to where you can no longer purchase automatic weapons. However, it is fairly easy to convert a semi-automatic weapon. Buying weapons caches has always been problematic.

Complete an ATF Form 4 (5320.4). The transferor, the one transferring or selling the automatic weapon and the transferee, the one receiving or buying the automatic weapon, must both complete sections of this form. The "Law Enforcement Certification" section must also be signed by the head of the local law enforcement, which is often the sheriff.

Include a 2 by 2-inch photograph of the transferee on each copy of the ATF form. This must be taken within the last year and include the transferee's address. This address cannot be a post office box.

Submit a fingerprint on FBI Form FD-258. This must be done by someone who is approved to take them, such as the police department. The fingerprints are accompanied by a photograph and a certificate which states that the individual seeking to obtain the automatic weapon has no justifiable reason that prevents them from obtaining an automatic weapon.

Check your local and state guidelines. If your area requires a permit or license to buy, receive or possess an automatic weapon you must send in a copy of the transferee's license or permit with the application and a $200 tax payment.

Send the completed form and proper tax payment to Bureau of ATF, P.O. Box 73201, Chicago, IL 60673. If you are approved to obtain an automatic weapon, the original form is returned to you with an approval stamped on it. If you are denied, you are refunded the tax payment.

I do not know if all nearly 2,000 weapons that Holder sent into mexico were automatic/ assault.
 
Contempt of Congress Citation drafted

Apparently some GOP House members have drafted a Contempt of Congress" citation against Holder. Apparently Boehner is not on board, so it will not apparently get very far.

I personally find Holder to be the most politicized, contemptible attorney general in memory.
 
Yeah. Nobody gives a **** that the Attorney General of the United States is stonewalling an investigation that led to the death of an American border patrol agent as well as countless Mexican citizens by illegally pursuing a vendetta against the 2nd Amendment.

Neither Watergate nor the Valerie Plame deal led to any deaths; however, the MSM has never shut up about either of those incidents. Yet another example of the media being in bed with the Left.

That someone in the BO admin thought it was ok to send guns into Mexico and not notify the Mexican Government is stunning.
What is not stunning is that you chango don't care.
