this is the 1st time I cooked wild turkey. I marinated it in a little olive oil vineagrette, soy sauce, worch, whiskey, and some peach stock(?). (I took some peaches I had that were getting a little soft, cut them up and threw them in a pot with enough water to cover. added salt, pepper, and sugar. brought to a boil, turned down heat and reduced liquid. let cool and strained)

I then took breast out and seasoned them with a seasoning I came up with (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, chipotle chile powder, dehydrated apple powder i made, and toasted pecan powder i made) I then seared it on the grill and placed on top rack at 250. At the end I basted it in some homeade bbq sauce. Here are the results. (Came out a little dry but not used to cooking wild turkey)
