Wii Fit?

Got it in the mail yesterday. Nifty little thing, I probably won't use it as much as I do my 360, but it is kinda fun and challenging. My girlfriend loves it, likes to do the yoga and strength exercises. The game itself is like any other Wii game, very simple and not much too it. I think they could have/should have put a lot more into the game itself, but I think they are just getting people to buy the balance board so they can put out more games that use it.

It's hard to find. I tried seven stores before coming across a Blockbuster that had one in stock.

From the short time I was able to spend on it, it seemed like a good workout and a nice way to monitor your weight/shape, so I think it's a good investment in that sense. I would say it's more functional than fun, but then I'm not sure what other games might be coming out using the balance board..

We got one Wed. The wife and I both go to the gym, and it's certainly not anything compared to that, but I find the technology amazing. I think the balance games are fun. I've also learned that I suck at yoga.

My sister got one. Brought it over tonight. It's pretty fun though it's not fun seeing your mii grow a gut.

so there is no way that you could really use this as an exercise regimen, correct?

even if you did the step aerobic, jogging, etc? obviously there are no weights so i get that, but what about for just losing some weight?

* I know that lifting weights is a good weigh to lose weight. i just want to know if just using this wii 4-5 days a week, with a good diet has any chance of being successful.
