Why is the Alabam/UGa game on ESPN?

I love it. It means the game is at night and after our game. But why in the world is CBS not picking this up. I assume they get 1st choice over ESPN for the SEC game of the week and no doubt this is the SEC game of the week over Auburn/Tennessee (which CBS picked up).

I cannot recall CBS putting on a night game on Saturday. So far, I believe it has been ABC and ESPN doing those.

They don't want children to see what Bama will do to Georgia.

the tv contracts state ESPN can pick 2 (maybe 3) games at the beginning of the year. this was one of them. they tend to pick auburn LSU as the other one.

CBS gets first pick other than those two or three every week!!
