Why do I?

Still feel like this team isn't a solid winner. I have seen the performance at the Cotton Bowl and felt like it was a fluke but gladly accepted the W. This past game was an impressive defensive showing and I accept the W..... but... Well, here is the thing. I am still not sold on this team. Why? I guess the two terrible performances week 2 and 3 and nearly a loss at Iowa state have tainted my perception.

Does anyone feel that this team is a solid Conference contender... or do you feel that the string can be unraveled at any time and fall apart.

I can't quite figure out why I am so reluctant to ride the bandwagon and cheer for a Big 12 championship. I continue to support my Horns but I still wouldn't lay down real money on a bet for a victory or a point spread.

Probably because the belief in the teams leadership has been destroyed the last 3-4 years. I think everything will be right by the end of the season if they win out.

I too feel like I'm on top of a big balloon with a kid next to it with a really sharp needle.

Maybe some of us don't yet trust in Case, too.

For me, one of the good things about having the LHN has been the ability to see a lot the practices and behind the scenes of the team. The confidence level has gone up exponentially since Robinson's hiring. I feel very good about this team, personally.

I don't think we are going to win out but I'm confident we will win at least 2 of the next 4 and maybe 3 of the next 4. Which is much better than I felt after ole miss
