Why do I have this problem?(PC)

It may be small to see, but this is my dual monitor desktop. You can see on the left hand side about 2/3rd the way up there is a small blue banner which is embedded on my screen. It can happen anywhere on the screen when I make a selection off of a menu. The banner will not go away unless I reboot. Has this happened to you? How can I clear this annoying problem?

Have you tried clicking it? On the rare occasion that I have remnants of a context menu, it generally goes away when I click on it.

Other than that, I'd make sure you have all your Windows Update stuff current. I suppose it could have something to do with some software you've got installed, but I wouldn't have a clue as to which one.

Also, I would take a look at getting one of those dual desktop wallpapers... They're usually really wide landscapes and such...pretty cool...
