Black eyed peas, cabbage and ham for todays menu?

Yup!! Blackeyed peas with ham hocks and smoked sausage. Then a little bit of greens to top it off.

 

[Chop]

We had black-eyed peas cooked with ham, a little bourbon, and a very little apple cider vinegar. Also had some greens. I’m not superstitious, but supposedly the black-eyed peas are for good luck and the greens for $$$.
