Who else saw Ryan Adams last night?

RA put on a damn good show last night. I was at the show last year as well, and this one blew it away.

This show was much more rock focused and the band really killed it last night. He played more of his earlier stuff as well, which sounded great.

Our group enjoyed the back and forth between band members, particualrly the Aerosmith BBQ sauce discussion.

What did everyone else think?

I thought it was a great show, but I preferred last year's show. This really is a band now, and the focus is no longer on Adams. Regardless, what a talent.

I'm one who's seen Ryan numerous times and was very disappointed in last year's show. This show was incredible. He was really on top of his game and put on a great, great show. Amazing performance.

Great show. Not as good as the Dallas one Saturday night.

It was unbelievably good. The band was rockin and extremely tight. His version of wonderwall brought tears to my eyes...it was incredible. I had pretty nice seats, and the posers around me did too. I was a little bummed about the crowd around me at least 2 guys left 4 songs in and didn't talk through it all.

Above post is accurate. The band's energy kind of went down during the second set (and no encore), but I read that half the band was getting over bronchitis or the flu or something. Off Broadway live is something to behold. Goodnight Rose was an awesome opener. I wish they'd put out the new album BEFORE they started the tour promoting that album. I'm sorry, but that is just Marketing 101. Good show.

they cancellled the KC and tulsa shows because of illness.

sucks, because it doesnt look like they'll reschedule
