Who does it look like we are returning?

*Kyle Russell (3rd round-LAD): if hasnt signed already should be shortly. GONE

*Jordan Danks (7th round-CWS): if his switching advisors is any sign, he should be signed by the end of the summer. MOST LIKELY GONE

*Kyle Walker (11th round-COL): signed. GONE

*Kenn Kasparek (12th round-SEA): signed. GONE

*Casey Whitmer (30th round-WAS): signed. GONE

*Riley Boening (42nd round-MIN): I can't imagine a sophomore signing in the 42nd round. MOST LIKELY BACK.

*Austin Wood (not drafted): surprise no draft. BACK

*Preston Clark (not drafted): once considered a top-3 round pick, surprise no draft. BACK

I doubt Danks comes back. Apparently the White Sox love his brother and with them drafting him, I would say they pay him better than 7th round money.

Our starters should look something like this:
C - Rupp or Clark
1B - Belt
2B - Tucker or Torres
SS - Hernandez
3B - Clark or Tucker
LF - Russell Moldenhauer or Connor Rowe or Robbie Grossman (if he doesn't sign)
CF - Kyle Lusson or Runey Davis
RF - Kevin Keyes or Kyle Lusson

SP - Chance Ruffin
SP - Austin Wood
SP - Riley Boening
SP/RP - Taylor Jungmann
SP/RP - Austin Dicharry

We also return the bullpen minus Whitmer and Walker. We look to be very stacked next year and should be a preseason Top 10 and make a deep run in the postseason.

Whitmer was so deep in the doghouse, the best thing for him was to get out of Austin. But since he was at FSU last year, he can't go to a JUCO. And the new transfer rules kick in this year. So really, the only thing that made sense for him was to sign.

Anyone have any recent updates on who is or is not coming back next year and what the roster/starters might look like?
