Injuries are a *****. In 1983, we had 5-6 OL that could bench 500+. Rodney Tate was a RB from Tulsa who weighed 190 and benched 350 (see the scrum for his fumble against SMU when he went into the endzone but left the ball on the two; he dove into the pile and came out with the ball). 23 players signed NFL contracts.

Three years later, the team boarded the plane to go to Lubbock with only two healthy LBs, and one of those was a walkon. We missed an end of game FG to lose to Tech, coached by David McWilliams.

Some people blame injuries on the S&C guys, some on dumb luck; either way, they SUCK!

The time is NOW to adopt the 10 yard minimum offense. Our defense can’t stop anybody and our OL is inconsistent on pass pro. 3 OL, 2 TE, Casey, Bijan, Roschon, Worthy, Keilan, and Moore.
