Which BBQ should I try

I am leaving SW Louisiana headed to Johnson City next weekend to deer hunt and cant decide which place to stop at for BBQ. I have eaten at Kreuz Market and it was very good, but I have read good reviews of the City Market in Luling. We are just stopping for a snack because the main meal will be at Capt. Toms seafood in Houston. I cant pass that place without stopping for 3 or 4 doz. oysters and a couple of michilads. Suggestions??

My favorite is the City Market in Luling.

Kruez is a good tourist type place and is too expensive. Luling Market is OUTSTANDING!!!

If in Lockhart, I prefer Smittys over Kreuz but you can't go wrong wiith either of the two you mentioned
