you won't see their movies?

I only have 2.

Shia LaBeouf
I never walk out of movies but I walked out of Disturbia.
Then I saw him fuckup the last Indiana Jones movie singlehandedly.
Now he's dead to me as are any movies he's in or is ever going to be in.

Adam Sandler
I never thought he was funny on SNL. He was lucky enough to be around other talent like Chris Farley that propped up his career. I think I've only seen one movie he was in, Wedding Singer and I don't enjoy watching that talentless overrated prick and won't do it again.

How either of these guys won the lottery amazes me.

Honorable mention goes to Colin Farrell. He continuously chooses to associate himself with ****** movies though I can't say I detest him personally. I've just grown gun shy of his movies. The recent remake of Fright Night reconfirmed this.

I wouldn't say hate but I can't bear to watch Nicolas Cage anymore. He was so good in earlier stuff like Raising Arizona. I don't know what happened, maybe ****** movies.

Matt Damon. Whiny, leftist douche. If I want to see crap, I can look down after sitting on the commode instead of paying money to see his offering.

Second the Julia Roberts nomination, though her brother ain't that bad. Kevin Costner...I don't hate the guy, but his movies have become so hot-needles-through-the-eyes bad that I will never again pay at the cineplex to see one of his flicks.

You're absolutely right about Chuck Norris. Never been in a good movie. Ditto for Wesley Snipes.

Then you take somebody like Morgan Freeman. Most of his movies are good if not outright great and I don't think he's close to being the world's greatest actor. But he's made a lot of very good career decisions. Maybe not all actors have that many opportunities from which to choose.

I intentionally avoid his movies. I think Elf was the last one I saw and it sucked. He's just not funny.

Hate is too strong a word. I see some choices that look like they're based on politics, maybe they're literally on the mark for the original question.

I don't hate Chuck Norris, but he absorbs light on a movie or TV screen as far as I'm concerned.

The Travolta and Will Smith choices are good ones, but I think it's more their poor movie choices than their relative talents. Neither would not turn me away from seeing what looked like a good movie idea.

I couldn't stand Bruce Willis back in the day. Die Hard came out and everyone pumped the movie. I finally dragged myself to it on a hot day when my AC wasn't working and there was nothing else to see. What a pleasant surprise.

I wonder if I might add something to the thread by asking which actors have you once despised but had a change of heart over?

I do dislike Drew barrymore as and actor. She sucks and I dont know why she ever got work. She almost ruined Donnie darko with one of the most shockingly unbelievable portrayal of a teacher ever. The casting director must have been out of his mind

Will Ferrell is a steaming pile as an actor. As a comedian he's much better.

Whoever mentioned Colin Farrell needs to get out more: Crazy Heart, In Bruges, Ondine, and his role in an episode of Scrubs.

JULIA AND ERIC ROBERTS

The Coca-Cola Kid alone removes Erc Roberts from this list. Runaway Train cements his non-inclusion.

Just one - Jane Fonda. I find it extremely difficult to forgive her for her actions in Hanoi during the war - she sold our POWs down the river. We used to have a term we used for "giving aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war" - it was called treason.

I never thought Ben Stiller was funny. He's ok as a supporting cast member, but the lead? No thanks.

I've tried to sit through Zoolander 3 or 4 times at the insistence of friends and I couldn't do it....same for the Focker movies too.
