Kyle is not playing again. Did I miss something? Is he hurt? I know Kyle has been struggling at the plate. But I can't believe you would bench last year's HR hitter and team leader. Can someone clue me in, thanks.
 
the bigger question is why the hell weren't you in town last weekend. i needed my baby. i miss you.
 
Thanks for the info on Kyle. Glad it is not affecting the offense. What an *** whuppin. He better get healthy soon, this looks like a nasty lineup. But I guess too many bats for a lineup is a good problem to have.

HaHa, Goo, I miss you too. But sometimes even I have to work. Don't worry, the whole crew will be there for Nebraska. But, Goo, will you be going to Houston for (knocking on wood) the Sweet 16? If not, I'm bringing a 20'' flat screen to watch the game on top of the truck Friday night. If we win (knocking on wood again), I'm driving back to Houston Sunday morning for the Elite 8.
 
20"? Might as well bring a mini-TV and some rabbit ears.

Not to mention that you better bring something to get some shade up there.

Hiding behind your wife's name, huh OB? I measured it last night, it is 25'', so there! At least I'll be able to watch both games on Friday. What size tv are you watching the game on in your seats? And, for the record, I am using rabbit ears. But they are BAD ***, $30 rabbit ears from Radio Shack! That's how we do it on Jonnie's ice cream truck. You want class, go to the Texas Sports Bus. Good point about the shade, we may not see anything till it gets dark.

We'll have a 32" screen with DirecTV and HD (and maybe a 22" on the side since I get two different CBS channels - Austin and New York).

Of course, I say WE. Katy and some others are contemplating going to the game in Houston i we're playing on Sunday. I, however, put baseball before basketball.


And the only reason I posted as LHG was because I woke up about 3:30 to a dog that was breathing very fast and shallow and I was trying to see if she was sick. So I took her downstairs and was sitting at LHG's computer. Too lazy to log her out and log myself in.
 
Yes, but what about when you go into the games? Texas could be playing at 6 (KNOCKING ON WOOD). I'm hoping for all concerened, they get a late game and we all can enjoy both.

I wholeheartedly agree with your priorities. But, I am willing to foresake the Sunday game to return home to Houston early for (God willing) the Elite 8. I already have a ticket reserved.
 
We'll go to SA, if we make it. After all, that's an away series in Norman.
