Got mine at barbeques galore on Lovers Lane. They have quite a selection. I've also noticed a bunch outside at Lowe's and Home Depot. You can spend anywhere from $150 to $1,000 depending on how fancy you want.
I've been researching grills quite a bit lately. I've decided on a Weber Genesis Gold B gas grill from Home Depot. One of the main selling points for the Weber (besides performance) is their tremendous customer service and the ridiculous ease with which you can purchase replacement parts. Another option is Ducane, which has a better warranty, but costs more, performs the same, and is more difficult to service. Your grill WILL have parts wear out over time -- cast iron rusts, paint peels, etc.
Neither the Vermont Castings grills at Home Depot nor the Jenn-Air units at Lowe's are the original "classic" models, but rather a lower-quality "value" line. Caveat Emptor and all that.
Sam's and CostCo have great grills for the price, but I wouldn't ever want to try to find replacement parts.
By the way, Barbeques Galore isn't usually very price-competitive. They probably offer better customer service than Home Depot, though.
My brother bought the coolest tailgating grill you'll ever see at one last year. A company that works on oilfield equipment in Lee County makes a few of these grills each year and donates them to local VFDs who auction them off to raise money. The thing is as heavy as you can get for such a small grill that's designed to sit on a tailgate. Instead of legs, it's held up on both sides by the letters T-E-X-A-S which are cut out of a solid piece of metal. My brother made a 'stand' for it so he can use it in his backyard...and he replaced the metal outline of the state of Texas that was used for the handle with a "Bevo" head that he cut out of a piece of metal and painted orange. If I remember, I'll take some pictures of it this weekend and send them to anyone interested in seeing it...or swing by during Regionals as I'm hoping to have it to do some cooking before games. Can't buy them anywhere than the above mentioned VFD auctions, but I like it so much, I had to write about it here.
