Where to Dine? Beaver Creek/Avon/Edwards/Vail Area

I will be traveling there with 4 others in July. Have been in that area before, but would like to find some reasonably priced places for dinner. We have been to the Dusty Boot and Coyote Cafe in Beaver Creek.

Love Pepi's in Vail, but am looking for a place less expensive that isnt a chain restaurant, preferably American style food (my Dad is NOT eclectic).

I'l have some 80+ parents with me, so it needs to be "tame".

I eat at Sapphire at least once every time I am out there. It is right on the creek and I suspect it would be great to sit on the patio right by the creek for dinner. We only go in the winter...

Sweet Basil is apparently good as well.

there's this one brew pub I love going to in Edwards, but I can't remember the name. you head down 6 from avon and take the 2nd left in Edwards, and it's there on the right a few hundred yards up the road
