Where is our apology?

I have been waiting for the NCAA to come out and officially acknowledge the mistake, but I am growing impatient. I have been checking ESPN, my email, my real mailbox, Twitter and my LHF donor account (not sure of the LHF donation cut-off for this), but can't seem to find it anywhere.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Its just basketball!!

I'm sorry. You all were genuinely robbed. Your guard was "ridden" thru the lane if not actually shoved, which I think he was. Even in the NBA, that draws a whistle. Your rebounder was fouled twice. From the view of a Red Raider, you were due any one of three fouls.

How good a FT shooter is the Horn who grabbed the rebound? Are you comfortable with him shooting for the win?

True, it is just a basketball game. But he robbed these kids, kids who fought and scratched and clawed all game long to finally take the lead in this game and put themselves in a position to win. That's who he owes the apology to.

Gary Johnson got the rebound. He's a decent free-throw shooter. Not as good as JCB but much better than TT.

Also...we're not going to get an apology. There are bad calls in every game. This one was more egregious, but had we played even 5% better, we'd be up by 6, probably.

If TT and JH do return next year (both have indicated they will), we should be damned good. From all accounts, Kybongo (sp) is the second coming of Durant.

...this was not a judgement call as to contact, posession or position...this was clearly an official error and I demand an apology....I am mad as hell and I am not going to take it anymore...

The NCAA and the corrupt ref must stop at every home in Texas, begging forgiveness for theft and on-the-court rape and murder.

And before we let them leave, Richard Cartmell must present himself before us, place his head between his legs, and kiss his own arse.

well, the NCAA apoloized for something that happened in the Syracuse game yesterday, so we're actually due for an apology.

Former UH (and UT) coach Tom Penders was plugging his book on ESPN Radio in Waco and gave his thoughts on it.

Said its hard to tell with the 5 count, Barnes needed to have more than 1 guy to get the ball to on the inbounds and that J'Covan was fouled but it was after the clock ran out.

Here is the link if you wish to listen. The Link

Penders must not have watched the tape because Brown was hammered and hitting the ground well before the clock ran. The clock ran before Johnson went up with the OB.

As for requests for an apology, they belong on Texags or some other ATM board, not on a Longhorn board.
