When is TxDOT opening 71 east past Montopolis?

It looks to be almost ready. Right now 71 goes east from Oak Hill as a freeway and then dumps us off at Montopolis. The west bound lanes are a go.
 
Very soon I hope, this traffic is annoying the hell out of me and 71 that far would make it so much easier
