When did Muellers BBQ on Manor close?

Never thought it was all that, and I forget why but thought it wasn't going to make it after the first time I went in there.

I, too, experienced the "we're out of brisket" problem the first three times I showed up

. I live in Cali so I didn't have that many opportunities to try it out.

Most restaurant-goers are not all that tolerant of running out of major menu items.

I went by about 3 weeks ago and it said closed for renovation.

I asked a friend that's usually 'in the know' in these types of things, and he says the rumour is that the tax man got him.

I made sure i got there early for lunch, and never missed out on the Brisket goodness. I loved the place. The warm and spicy BBQ sauce was great!

for all of you who give a ****, john's dad said he was looking for a new place in town. i wish he'd go and help his old man out, that place is falling apart.

Taxes were not the reason, it was more shady than that. But he will find a place and bring us the righteous Cue once more. Sucks it won't be close to my house.

What, GENERALLY speaking, was the reason? And is there a fair chance that he will be able to avoid that reason in the future?

As for his dad's place (been a long time since I've been to Taylor), what's wrong with it?

He will be able to "avoid" it for sure. A new place is a key thing. He will be back. I look forward to it.

I never orderd the broken links there, but did the sausage links and they were good.

All I know is the guy had some good food and they were very kind to my mom.

That makes me a customer for life, hope he gets a new spot.

John couldn't pay the rent. As a result, We had to sell the building and the new owners took over the spot. It was bad finances....pure and simple. Nothing more/ nothin' less.
