what's your standard Taco Bell order?

I usually start off strong with a tostada. I'm a big fan of the tostada and put some additional hot sauce. I don't **** around with mild, only hot.

Next I roll with a straight up taco, sometimes hard and sometimes soft. If I think I'm about to have to kick someone's *** I'm going soft taco all the way. If I'm about to bang Marissa Miller and Brooke Burke I will usually bring my A game and go with the crunchy taco.

My third, and somewhat controversial pick, is the enchirito. I have a buddy who is very bearish on the spork and any use of it. I have embraced the spork while acknowledging that it can be extremely unstable.

My cornerstone item is the big beef burrito with extra sauce. One time I ordered these four items and got home with only three in the bag. My big beef burrito was missing and my whole dining experience was ******.

There you have it. I know it's somewhat lame that I don't incorporate any of the recent items but I'm old school with my t-bell. Any of you d-bags that try to get cute with the new **** are either from oklahoma or you leave your shopping cart in the middle of the nearest open parking spot.

My standard order has changed several times throughout my nearly 20 year Taco Bell journey.... these days, I don't head south of the border as often as I used to, but when I do, my standard order is as follows.

- 1/2 lb Beef Combo Burrito
- Grilled Steak Taco
- Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco

I'm quite pleased with this combination because I find it gives me a good mixture of ground beef, refried beans, steak and chicken. In fact, it's what I had for lunch yesterday.

2 bean burritos, no onions or red sauce
1 double decker taco or 1 tostada

I'll leave out the double decker taco if I only want a light snack.

When I'm actually in the mood for the Bell...

Crunchy beef taco
Tostada
Bean burrito with extra cheese and onions

Gotta have the FIRE sauce too! Mild is for wimps! LOL

If I feel like going outside of that, then I'll eat the Crunchwrap with the spicy chicken with extra chicken. Otherwise it's just a lot of taco shell, tomatoes, lettuce, and sauce. I do like the Meximelt too.

Mexican Pizza or NBG with extra meat, cheese and SC
Taco Supreme
Bean Burrito
tons of fire sauce. any other sauce is salad dressing.

Two bean burritos
Taco Supreme
Tostada w/extra cheese

It was a sad day when the Taco Light was removed from the menu 15+ years ago. I was pissed.

I've become a Mexican food snob since leaving college, but I always pounded as many double-decker tacos as i possibly could back in the day.

They put Hakeem in national commercials for those things, so I had to eat them to support the big fella.

Not to change the thread, but with the free tacos on the back of the UT tickets, I usually came out way ahead with my all-sports package in the late 80s.

I always carried my dates ticket (like a gentlemen and I went to get it), so there was an extra taco right there. 6 home football games plus about 18 home basketball games plus some baseball games came out to more free tacos that the $55 (I think) that the all-sports pass costs.

Also, soft tacos are for soft people.

People who regularly dine at Taco Bell are most likely a little soft around the gut. Therefore, they are allowed to eat soft tacos.

When I was in school, I would get the six-pack of tacos before going out drinking. I would eat 5 of them before we went out and then I had that sixth one for a late night snack when I got back. The sixth one was always the best of the bunch!

TB bomar'd themselves with me when they axed the bacon cheeseburger burrito.

That said, once every two months I get 2 steak baja chalupa's, and 2 steak soft tacos. To go.

2 Cheesy Gordita Crunches
1 Chicken Quesadilla
1 Mountain Dew

My Friday midnight just got home from a long trip for work dinner.

Actually, I find the fire sauce to not be as hot as the "hot", and I like it better.

Oh, and I generally get something like two chicken soft tacos & a chicken burrito of some sort.
Back in high school when I ate crazy crap all the time I'd get 2 burrito supremes and 2 meximelts. Damn, that was good.
