What's the deal on Nova and Int'l Recruiting?

Those two guys on Montrose - both international and both recruited overseas by Jay Wright? So, Villanova targets these guys, decides to sign them and then they land in the U.S. at Montrose.

Anyone know how that process works? Who's paying for this little transaction? The pros do int'l scouting all the time but they got no restrictions. Is Montrose acting as an agent for Villlanova in this situation? Maybe their families have the necessary scratch to send their kids to the U.S. Just wondering how this process works.

Nova didn't bring them over. Here's the first blurb Rivals did on Yarou, and yes, they didn't know how to spell his name.

"Mark down the name Mouptaou Tarou has prospect on his way to blowing up this spring. A hardnosed 6-foot-9 power forward at Massenutten Military Academy, Tauro made a quick mark on this event with strong play in his first tow games against the Alabama Challenge and the New York Gauchos. Tarou plays with a strong motor, running the court, defending and rebounding. He also has the potential to be a skilled offensive player down the road, showing flashes of handling the ball and converting some tough shots.

According to Massenutten Military Academy head coach Cedrick Broadhurst, only New Mexico State and some A-10 schools are aware of Tarou at this point. Look for a slew of high majors to become well aware of Tarou over the next couple weeks."

Not sure who the other recruit you're referring to is. Isiah Armwood is the other Nova recruit from Montrose, and he's American. If you're talking about Omogbehin, he's not a Nova recruit.
