What's a good (free) image hosting site?

For the few times I've even used these, I've always used photobucket. I guess because I added some videos to my signature on a few sites, last week they told me I exceded my bandwidth & needed to pay for their service. Is there another site anyone could recommend that's free...or should I just expect to pay somethng if I put video's on there?
