Whatever happened to Steve Fallon?

Another thread made mention of him. Was he the local sports guy who took a Sports Information Director job at North Dakota State or North Dakota? If not, who was that guy? Perhaps it was one of the Assistant SID guys at Texas. Either way, I'm curious whatever became of Steve Fallon. Surely, one of you brainiacs should know all of this.
