what to do in houston tomorrow night

i'm heading up there for my birthday and the only thing planned right now is dinner at americas at 5:30. what are some things i should go do, whether it be an event or just some place nice you really like to go to spend some time?

to kill a mockingbird was ruled out.

damn. i'm in austin, and while i wouldn't trade that, i would kill to be able to go to stros games after work.

Americas is good. Me and my girlfriend went there for a big christmas dinner because we couldn't figure out what to get each other. We racked up a huge bill, and then a busboy accidentally dropped a tray full of (clean) plates behind me. One fell right on my head. DIdn't break though. The manager came over and comped the whole thing. It was sweet!

There are a couple bars in uptown park, but I don't normally go over there.

I'd start with one of the 300 or so restaurants far better than America's, and then see where that leads me. AStros tomorrow night might be worth it.
