What soccer does ESPN broadcast?

Honestly I would watch more soccer if ESPN broadcasted more of it or at least in HD somewhere. Even if on tape delay. But I don't have Fox Soccer Channel. I would prefer to watch EPL or international over MLS but hell I would watch MLS too if they had more on easy to find channels.

Is this changing?

They do show Champions League (ESPN2 usually), the games are c. 1:30-2:30 or so on Tue or Wed usually. Not going on right now though.

I could have sworn that I recently read that ESPN is picking up EPL games starting next year. I could be wrong.

Let's just hope they do a better job with this than they did on the Barbados game yesterday. I thought Abraham Zapruder was broadcasting the game.

Disagree. Even though the picture sucks, with FSC + Setanta we get every EPL game with commentators who know what they're talking about.

Let's just get a HD feed for those channels.

Setanta is a premium channel. Directv charges me $14.99 IIRC. I know Dish has it and I assume it's the same per month

Call them up an see. I think it's worth it. They show a ton of rugby and some of the big English/Irish horse races (not very often though) They have Gaelic Football and Hurling and Aussie Rules. Right now they are showing a lot of classic EPL/cup matches because it's the off season
