What pitchers do we have left?

So, who starts tonight and who is our closer now? Who is available at this point? Amazing performance by Wood but I hate not having him for the tournament final.

For all the 25 inning madness, our staff is in pretty good shape. Jungmann and Workman are both available as is Shinaberry. Only Wood, Ruffin and likely Discharry are out today. Cole Green might be good for an inning though you likely save him for tomorrow. Ruffin and Discharry might be available tomorrow. Wood is only one absolutely done until next weekend.

If we needed someone to nail down the 9th inning tonight, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Ruffin in the game.

We are absolutely fine to go even two more games, with Jungman, Workman, and Stayton all still fully fresh. Dicharry can come in to close if needed, and if really needed Ruffin or Cole Green can give an inning or two too.

Shinaberry is of course there - but he has not pitched in a long time (I kept wondering why Skip has not used him a bit more in the last few weeks). Kendall is the last option and he is not sliced cheese, especially knowing that the opponent's staff is all depleted totally.

We have really used only 4 pitchers like one would normally use in two games. That is the kind of staff we have. Amazing.

As for BC, if they hold on and beat Army behind Leonard this afternoon, I imagine they'll have to come back with the kid who took the loss last night, Dennhardt. Either that or a committe of relievers. The only other guy they have who has experience starting is a guy named Lasko, who made 5 starts and sports an ERA over 8.00...

I still can't believe Texas only used 3 pitchers in this game.
