I think I just pulled my hamstrings... crap!? What kind of doctor do I need to go to. This does not feel good at all.

If you really just pulled the muscle, and I have know way of knowing if you did or not, you don't need a doctor. RICE (rest, ice, compression ie ACE wrap, and elevation) along with some advil should do the trick. After 3 or 4 days switch from ice to moist heat or alternate ice and heat. Can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to get better.

If you have any weakness or numbness associated with the pain, or if the pain radiates into the calf or foot, it could be coming from your back ("sciatica") and you ought to give your PCP a call.

Well, it was just a scare. I did elevate the legs and took a Motrin and just took it easy this morning. By midday, I was walking much much better... so being the dumbass that I am, I went to the gym... for an upper body workout. I'm fine but it scared me when I could barely walk w/o looking like I had a corn cob in mah butt. Just a necessary reminder to stretch stretch stretch.

You probably don't need a doctor. It'll be a couple days before you can walk normally. It'll be a few weeks before you can run normally. It'll be 4ish weeks before you are 90-100%.

At least... that is what I remember it taking me to recover.
