I don't know if the registration is required, but I put in something like John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt, Berlin, Fraustrasse, or something like that.

It's an interesting test. You have to line up the colors in order of shading/intensity/whatever you call it.

Sorry if you're colorblind.

Weird scoring system. From what I could tell, the lower the number, the better. It looked as if a 0 was Perfect. I scored a 3. I guess that's pretty good.

I got 8. I have no idea if that's good or not, but it was on the low end of the scale. But they don't provide mean/median/mode data in the "compare results" section ...

X from Houston had all of his personal information left in the form fills on the link. Might want to check that out X.

Yeah, that's a flaw in this link.

Be careful about that.

I scored a 19 but I think I would have done better if my eyes hadn't started getting tired about midway through the third one.

I think if you have a low refresh rate on your monitor, this test could literally cause your eyes to pop.

Im color blind, but I have been doubting it lately, it just seems I've been able to tell colors better. I made an 80, and tried my *** off.

Evidently I have "Perfect Color Vision"
I scored a 0.
I rule.

And yet I couldn't tell you what color goes well with what other color. I leave that to the Cap'n and his gay tendencies when decorating our home. He has a knack.

I got a 15. It would be nice to know where I stand but the results page was seriously lacking in useful information.

I also scored perfect. Zero

and this was a shading test, not a color test

The trick was taking the 2 colors that were closest and switching them- that gave you the complete confirmation that either they were in the right spot or not- because the darker or lighter of the 2 would stand out when more than 1 standard deviation from base.

and yes, I am full geek.

Much like many other things like this - if you are using a laptop, you are seriously disadvantaged at this test. LCDs are also bad. CRT monitors will likely yield the best results for people.

I saw the test, figured it wasn't worthwhile, and hit Score Test. That gave me a perfect score of 0 as well, just to let everyone know. Maybe they'll fix that if everyone starts getting a perfect score. Sorry to ruin it for those who did the same thing and want to claim credit.

Wait. Let me get this straight. you mean you didn't take the test and got a 0?
Well damn. 'cause I DID take the test. and all the colors looked like they were in order and I got a 0.

I feel so used.

Damn. I tried really hard and got this:
