I don't think it's "My Way" either.

The harmonica part is phrased like "My Way" and is melodically similar, I think it's a different song.

I know exactly what it is.

It is the theme from the movie "Il Postino," written by Luis Bacalov.

I am not making this up. You may remember the bicycling scene when the main character is riding his bike towards Pablo Neruda's house. That's what is playing.

I have the CD somewhere around here. It is a fantastic soundtrack.
