I am in the process of getting my house up for sale, so there's a lot on mine. Right now I have:

Drywall repair
Replace some side paneling in a bathroom
Lay down some sod to replace what the plumbers tore up yesterday
Paint

What's on your list?

Mine is like War and Peace.

1) Paint living room(vaulted ceiling...wheee!!!).
2) Rip up carpet in living room.
3) Rip up floor in kitchen.
4) Install tile in kitchen, living room, and guest room.
5) Replace carpet in master bedroom.
6) Install tile in guest bathroom.
7) Install wainscotting in guest bedroom.
8) Install cedar paneling in master bedroom walk-in closet.

I have precious little time to go fishing.

Fix the hard water situation on my fixtures in the house.
Convert my grass from San Augustine to Bermuda.
Clean my Garage

Paint Kitchen
Paint Bedroom
Powerwash fence
Refasten loose fence boards (with non reactant fasteners)
Stain and seal fence
Nail down loose phone wiring
Buy lawnmower and cut grass
Buy soaker hoses for yard and foundation
Weed
Remove ant infestation
Paint and seal grouting/mortar on floor tiling
Order parts for new computer (CPU,MB,RAM,DVD,HD)
Learn to mod my Tivo
Car maintenance
Buy Refrigerator
Buy Washer
Buy Dryer
Buy new lights
Replace two ceiling fans

Sometime later:
Install brick patio
Install new toilets
Install new bathroom flooring
Paint or tile bathroom

Probably more. Life is fun.

1. Learn how to take care of a yard. My first house!
2. Mesh screening for the weep holes in my house. I hate spiders.
3. Look into pest control. I do not want to pay somebody 35 a month for it.
4. Find brick to outline my trees and shrubbery.
5. Learn to play golf.
6. Buy system so I can play NCAA football.
7. Do good in school.
8. Play more with the youngster.
9. Lower my bodyfat a couple of pts to the tens...
It goes on..I am young!

I got up the carpet, so now I have to:

-refinish hardwood floors
-paint walls and trim
-massive trimming of pecan trees in my yard
-landscaping of my backyard
-go get some beer in about 30-minutes

Get new, higher paying job.
Find future Mrs. SuperHero.
Learn Japanese, go to Japan and visit long lost relatives.

Home:
Buy a dining table and chairs.
Buy speakers for new home theater system.
Finish painting the damned bathroom I started last March.
Install ceiling fans in the upstairs rooms.
Install wood floors.
Re-landscape the yard to become more Japanese.
Install a sprinkler system.

Hell, might as well get a new house and start over.

1. Tear out base cabinets and countertop in kitchen (wall cabinets removed last weekend).
2. Install and repair drywall, plumbing, and electical outlets where cabinets were.
3. Finish ordering new appliances.
4. Complete all painting before cabinets arrive
5. Have new cabinets installed next week.
6. Install all appliances
7. Schedule granite guy to install new countertop.
8. Tile the backsplash
9. Refinish hardwood floors
10. Shoot myself in the face for ever starting this never-ending kitchen remodel.
