What is going where Bongo's used to be?

Drove through 24th St. recently. What is going up there? Bongos had a huge plot with the beer/liquor store too. They taking that?

The sign says something like Cuatro's Bar and Grill. It'll be nice to have an alternative to Abel's on West Campus.

I always thought it was all to be apartments. I know that is going to happen in the other lots. I guess the plan changed some. But yeah, some more of those all look the same but trying to look cool and different cookie cutter pieces of high rise crap.

I drove by and saw "chillin' and grillin'". Will a bar work there? Bongo's didn't make it. I guess we'll see.

bongo's didn't make it b/c the owner died not b/c of business. thats at least what i had thought and heard. everytime I was in there any where near a meal time it was a line out the door. very chill place to have a pitcher or 5.

I only ate there a couple of times, but the beer barn was kickass. RIP.

I was pretty shaken up when the leveled Grande Mart. RIP indeed.
