What is G?

That is the title of the commercial featuring mega sports stars but what is G? On the bottom of the screen it says SVC INC.

I didn't see any beads of orange sweat. Seriously, how are we supposed to know that?

I guess they're trying to repackage their product for greater appeal to a younger target group - like, "what up G?".

I don't know what their sales are like now compared to the past, but if it ain't broke, why fix it? Especially with such an ambiguous marketing scheme.

Gatorade? I saw that commercial during 24, and had no idea what it was advertising. I guess smarter people than me work in advertising.

ha. i've seen that commercial a ton during the NFL playoffs, and I thought it was a new clothing line. really makes no sense for Gatorade to do that.
