What if McCain loses Texas?

not that Huckabee is going to get the nomination but on MSNBC this morning they are saying a new poll out has it close to neck and neck between McCain and Huckabee in Texas. How is McCain supposed to rally conservatives behind him if he either loses a state like Texas or barely beats freakin Huckabee who is basially out of the race math wise? That would be a pretty bad sign that many are not lining up to fall behind McCain

He won't rally support from conservatives. He may get some by default (by being perceived the lesser of two evils), but I really don't see him "rallying" support.
