1. USC (if Sanchez is 100% all season)
Too many top notch players on both sides of the ball. McKNight is Reggie Bush all over again. Great coaching staff.
2. Oklahoma
putting Mizzou ahead of this team is a joke. OU is again the class of the Big 12. Miles ahead of everyone else.
3. Ohio State
very tough defense and solid offense will keep the Buckeyes on top in the big 10. Will lose to USC though.
4. Georgia
I still don't like Georgia this high. They have great talent, but they play in the SEC and always lose to a team they should not (see South Carolina and Tenn last year.)
5. Florida
Tim Tebow is special and will keep the Gators in the running for the SEC and MNC.
6. Auburn
7. Missouri
8. West Virginia
9. LSU
10. Texas Tech
As for the Horns, I see an up and down year with loses to OU, Mizzou and Tech. This team just doesn't have the play-makers on offense to hang with the big boys and actually dominate a game. Colt needs to prove he can stop making the dumb mistakes that have plagued him so far in his college career and someone that can make plays at RB and WR needs to step up. Both Shipley and Cosby are great possession receivers, but lack any legit big play ability. This RB core is solid, but not spectacular by any stretch of the imagination. A ten win season with this young team is nothing to hang your hat on. I'm just gonna sit back and watch the young kids step up.
