What do I need to know about The Mirage in Vegas

I am venturing out and staying somewhere besides TI or Venetian. I have never even been into The Mirage besides one 2 hour poker session. I know it has a massive pool but other than that I know nothing.

lots of hookers at the video poker bar. Either that or I am way more good looking than I thought.

Another vote for "LOVE".

Probably nicer than TI but not near as nice as Venetian. Average strip hotel with a good pool scene.

Most of the food is average, at best, so if you are looking for a good Vegas meal, plan on going somewhere else.

Just stayed there a few weekends ago.

1. Definitely see "Love". Great show.

2. I didn't try any of the high end restaurants there. We opted for Delmoniico and Bradley Ogden's. But, the restaurant "Stack" looked nice.

3. The rooms were nice. We were on the west end of the hotel, so the view sucked. But the room was nice sized and comfortable.

4. Pool area is great. But, the sunbathers were packed in like sardines.

5. Casino is good, but no where near as posh as Caesars or Bellagio.

6. All in all, I would stay there again. It's a good location.
