Friday night is tailgate chili cookoff at Celina High School game.

Saturday morning, I'm making my own boudin out of a pig I had processed. It's my first try at boudin, so I hope it's good.

I'm having a football watching party at my house complete with homemade corny dogs (do I get to call them corn"y" dogs if they're not from Fletchers?) and Frito pie with homemade brisket chili. Chips, queso, guacamole, bloody mary's etc...

Wings from the recipe I got on here the other day and tried last weekend, which were awesome, thank you to whoever posted. Gonna grill some homemade jalapeno poppers, shrimp and roast some corn.

I will be heading to Sabine Pass for hurricane clean up this weekend, so I will have to tivo the game. I had mixed feelings about this, but I think it is the right call.
