have had some bad luck getting meat at HEB. any good Meat Markets in West Houston where i can get some meaty pork spare ribs?

Have you tried a HEB w/ a full service meat counter w/ Prime/Angus/organic/natural/etc? For the quality and price, no better meat market in town. They get their beef from the same people that Central Market does, at half the price. Just ask for what you want exactly, and they will cut it for you on the spot!
