game for the Horns. We really, really struggle at times. We went to Houston and beat them but tonight, we rally struggled with Houston Baptist.

Brackins is a star in the making. After him, the rest of the team is an odd combination of players. We have players that can hit threes well, but we lack athletes and guys that can get to the hoop off the dribble. We play pretty solid defense, but we rebound horribly and our offense struggles heavily at times.

I expect a 25 point UT win, but am hoping that we can show up focused and work hard and make UT earn it with a much closer contest.

Thank goodness that the game is at home. Atchley will be out, so it could be closer than one would think.

in 2 of those 3 loses i do think we gave em away but, yes, you are correct they are legit teams...i'm just upset that we play the app states etc with so little passion it seems like we give them away even with a win

I certainly share in your frustration. There are elements of this team that I don't like, and I've expressed those concerns on this board. I'm not happy with the offense but it's a constantly evolving beast. We are starting to see Dexter and Johnson become huge factors in who puts up the points for us. If that evolution continues it will be interesting to see how this team tries to put points on the board come tournament time.
