Welder/Steel Fabricator in Austin

I'm looking for a recommendation on a welder and/or steel fabricator in the Austin area, preferably North Austin if at all possible.

I have a steel trailer frame that needs some old rusty cross-members cut out of it and replaced with new steel.

Try the local high school, call the AG teachers. It gives the students a good project and would be much cheaper. I've had two trailers made by ag students that they used for their Houston LSR projects.

There's a metal shop at Payton Gin and Lamar that I've used and was happy with.

Thanks for the replies. A local HS shop class would be a good idea, not sure of the lead time for their projects, I need to knock it out pretty quickly.

brntorng-- is that one called Custom Sheet Metal, with Ron doing the work? I just received another recommendation for the same shop if so.
