not too mcuh in the making this weekend, but #1 UGA has already lost game one to unranked Bama. in game two Bama has an 8-3 lead top 7

BYU-Utah series is on the satellite weekend. friday night Utes go up 11-0 after 2, byu ties it at 11 in the 8th only to lose 13-11. Today byu wins big. Not very good baseball but there wasn't anything else on.

KU up @#4 ASU 3-2, top 8th.

We may very well stay put in the rankings even with the G1 loss.

LSU takes 2 of 3 from Kentucky

A&M takes the first two from Baylor. Game 3 is tomorrow

Miami takes 2 of 3 from Duke

GaTech wins game one.. they haven't been able to get any other games in on the account of weather.

Cal St Fullerton splits with Okie State and takes two from Rhode Island

Rice will only play two this weekend against San Diego because of weather. They took game one and they're currently getting shut out 6-0 after 6 innings

OU wins three in the Bulls Baseball Tourney in Tampa

Tech and Nebraska are playing a rubber today. Tech currently up 7-3, top 6, in Lubbock

Actually, Rice & SDU salvaged 3 of a 4 game series under thoroughly crap conditions with birds getting the series win. Still, a surprisingly uninspired effort from RU today -- coulda been long rain delay or simply not catching single break entire game, dunno. Be assured though that WG will convey his displeasure to the team in sufficient quantity that by St. Patty's they're razors.
