Wondering what to do this weekend? Some suggestions……Take off your watch. It’s ok to be a little late. Soak up some sun. Splash in the pool. Spike the water volleyball on that obnoxious kid’s head from next door while you are at it. Have a beer and a hot dog. If you are on a diet, splurge a little and have two beers and two hot dogs. Invite the new neighbors down the street over for a drink. Find a shade tree and a hammock. Find a boat and a sandbar. Find a baseball game, preferably Little League. Find a rack of baby-backs and a few napkins. Save the bones for the dog. Turn the TV off and just leave your ipod on shuffle. Adopt a pet. Call your parents. Hug your kids. Thank a soldier. Have a moment of silence.
