Week 3 Prediction Thread: Texas vs. Wyoming...Focusness, We Haven't Done Nothing Yet

After a great game can come great success, but the team has to stay focus on what's in front of them. As fans, we can do whatever the heck we want.
 
I thought we'd trounce Rice big time. I thought we'd lose big to Bama. Wyoming gave up 17 to Portland State, I think we better that x3. But what I think is usually wrong and doesn't matter.

I think its almost a given that we will come out slow.

But we'll overwhelm them in the second half:

Wyoming is a mostly running team this year with their top rusher being the QB Peasley. He's a mediocre passer so if we shut him down I think we completely shut down the offense. I feel like our line will maul them. I believe Sark will have Malik playing in the 4th quarter so the Texas point total will depend on how Malik plays. I think Sark will give him some passing opportunities to work on his passing game. We could score more than 41 points.

This one seems like a let down game where the intensity wont be there remotely like it was in T-Town but still one where the Horns finally pull away in the second half to a comfortable 21 point win so I will say:

It will be nearly impossible to match the intensity the Longhorns took to Tuscaloosa - a slight letdown is likely to start, but the Horns will take charge quickly and blow them out in the second half.

In our close loss to Bama last year, we had 5 penalties for 30 yards. In the sloppy game against UTSA the following week, we had 9 penalties for 88 yards. Focusness! BTW, Wyoming beat Texas Tech in Week 1 (35-33).
 
Wow, this game could go one of two ways. One in which we stay focused and take control early totally blow Wyoming off the field or completely have Alabama hangover start slow and let Wyoming into the game. Either way I believe Westlake has a better team than Wyoming, so with that said.

The lack of altitude affects WYO.
i hope the team isn’t too high on themselves and forget WYO gives away the dame number if schollys.
UT could be sky high as shown below.
