website failure / crash

What would cause a website to "fail / crash"? I can access the website from other computers in the office and at home, but my work computer will "fail / crash" every time I try to access.

Are you saying your browser crashes when you try to access the site?

If so, it's probably embedded media of some kind and your browser has a corrupted plugin for that media type.

the website is Facebook, if that matters.

Your boss says you shouldn't be on Facebook at work.

that's just it. There isn't any type of security on the computers at the office than I have at home. That is what makes it so frustrating.
