I've got three website projects that I need to do asap. Two are rather simple, both are resume-type with work samples. the other one is a little more complicated.
I've done a little surfing and found some "free" and low cost ($50ish) range for the resume types.
My question is, have any of you purchased templates and was it a good experience? Can you recommend some good websites for free and low cost designs?
And for the more complex project, what's the going rate (and expected time to complete) if I hire a freelance designer to pop out a simple design. It would have about 10-15 pages with most of those very clean in design, like an eBay or Amazon.
Also, I'm teaching myself Dreamweaver, so I will be able to manipulate the template if it's not a complicated change, i.e. no java etc.
